SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. Please note that processing and shipping times may be slower during holidays. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to high shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations prior to shipment or production. To receive a full refund to your original payment method, you must contact us via the Contact Form within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us via the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to provide a replacement.
CUSTOM DESIGN COMMISSION
I offer design commissions, but availability is limited as I work with multiple clients and often book up quickly. Please plan for at least 8 weeks of lead time before beginning your project, with additional time needed for the design process itself. Depending on my schedule, quicker turnaround may sometimes be possible—feel free to inquire through the Contact Form. Please include your business info, location, and a clear description of your project. The more details you provide, the faster I can assist you.
